Price

We charge $30 per hour to rent the entire farm for private photo sessions, this gains you access to all areas of the farm for photos, including all flower gardens, sunflowers and lavender in season, barns, critters, corn maze, Monarch habitat, gorgeous views & sunsets. Full amount is due at time of booking. We do not provide the photographer, you must book your own.

Guidelines

• All photographers must keep clients with them at all times, you are responsible for your clients.

• We keep one day per week open for rebooking due to bad weather, and work very hard to provide as many days/times as possible for rebooking if needed due to weather. However, we don’t reschedule unless it’s actually raining or bad weather during your scheduled time.

• Refunds - we don’t issue any refunds unless we’re not able to provide a time for rebooking. We don’t issue refunds if your client cancels or if you don’t take any of the options for rescheduling.

• No pets allowed, even on leashes or being carried. No Exceptions. Our insurance doesn’t allow them, and even well behaved pets can hurt our animals.

• Bathroom available on site.

• No Running or chasing animals.

• You must keep track of time and stop sessions when your time is over so that other photographers booked behind you can start. If you’re asked to stop when you are past your end time and you refuse, you won’t be welcomed back.

• If you want a sunset time, check the exact sunset time on the the day your interested in booking.

• Contact us if you need a photo for advertising, DO NOT use a photo of someone else’s farm and hard work. We’ll give you one of our own to use or will allow you to come and take a quick shot to use.
